Every time in Banos we stay in this hotel. That's a charming and absolutely great place when visiting Banos for shopping. It has good location in Banos just next door to the restaurants as well as center of town. Everyone is outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly and owner too.

We had a great weekend at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the strong coffee. The beds were comfy and the hot shower was a nice bonus. The location was safe and convenient, with secure parking for our rental car.

The only minor downsides were the small bathroom with no storage space, and the slightly distant location from the center of town. However, the walk was manageable for us and taxis were affordable if needed.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and close to the El Salado spa. The room was spotless and had all the basic necessities. The staff was super friendly and helpful, recommending local spots to visit. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were very comfortable with luxurious sheets. Plus, the secure gated parking for motorbikes was a great advantage.

I did find one negative aspect of the hotel. The wifi connection could be a bit stronger at times.
